• Site Information: Website URL, site name, and administrator email when you activate the plugin.
• Content Data: Post titles, excerpts, and snippets sent to OpenAI for AI processing. We do not permanently store your content.
• Usage Metrics: API request counts, token usage, and endpoints used per site for rate-limiting.
• Technical Data: Standard server logs (IP addresses, timestamps, HTTP headers).

3. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate and authorize API access.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To forward AI requests to OpenAI and return results.
• To improve and maintain our services.

4. Third-Party Services

We use OpenAI (api.openai.com) for AI processing — see OpenAI's Privacy Policy. We use Cloudflare for hosting — see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days. Site data is retained while your API key is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.

All communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. We follow industry best practices to protect your data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing us. EU/EEA users have additional rights under GDPR.
