1. Acceptance
By installing the SEOBot AI plugin or using our API, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
SEOBot AI provides AI-powered SEO automation for WordPress: content generation, internal linking, E-E-A-T scoring, content planning, and backlink exchange.
3. API Usage & Limits
- Each site gets a unique API key with daily and monthly limits.
- Free-tier limits may change. Exceeding limits results in HTTP 429 responses.
- Do not share API keys or use them outside the registered website.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not generate spam, malware, or illegal content.
- Do not reverse-engineer or abuse the API.
- Do not circumvent rate limits or authentication.
- Comply with OpenAI's Usage Policies.
5. Intellectual Property
AI-generated content belongs to you. The plugin, API, and branding are our property. The WordPress plugin is GPL-2.0-or-later.
6. Backlink Exchange
By opting in, you allow contextual links to/from other participating sites. We do not guarantee SEO outcomes. Opt out at any time.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee rankings or traffic.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Termination
We may suspend access for violations. You may stop at any time by deactivating the plugin.
10. Changes
We may modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
